KVASNÝ PRŮMYSL (eng. trans. FERMENTATION INDUSTRY)

Kvasny Prumysl is a peer-reviewed open access journal published by Research Institute of Brewing and Malting, in Prague, which aims to publish an original scientific papers relevant to journal scope. The journal title "Kvasný průmysl" in Czech means "Fermentation industry" and topics encompass the full spectrum of agricultural research, mikrobiology, chemistry, biochemistry and analytics.

Kvasný průmysl is indexed by Web of Science (ESCI), Agris, CAS, CAB Abstracts, DOAJ, EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS), FSTA, Hollis and LabRulez databases.

Kvasny prumysl is published online in Platinum Open Acces. Article submission charge or Article processing charge is not required from authors.
